I'm having a tought time getting digMeta setup to work with Ventrian. Could be I've not got a handle on the proper settings, but I'm wondering if there are issues in connecting to a heavily modified template? I'm unable to load the theme, and I can't seem to access categories at all. If anyone can offer some insight and/or a more detailed set of instructions than what's in the documentation, I'm pretty perplexed and frustrated. I'm not even sure what to include here in terms of details on what I've done so far. Apologies for the vagueness of the question, I'm just pretty lost right now.

I'm running the most recent download available here, 1.4.2, alongside Ventrian News Articles 0.7.34, and DNN 4.9.3.

I've successfully set it up such that I can post an article, just can't see the theme in WLW or pull in the categories set in News Articles.

Hi Ken,
I just posted 1.4.5, install that, if that doesn't make a difference, we can help you configure it. I will be easiest if you could create a temporary admin account for us. Email the login info and url through contact us, and we will be happy to check it out for you.
Thanks,
Mike

I think I know why I’m not getting connected. I have many, many instances of News Articles throughout the site, all references of one another. Some are on protected pages, some are on open pages. When I go in to the digMeta Edit page, I try and select the module that’s on the open page, but when I go back in to that connection, it looks like it’s set back to the protected page. A bug, perhaps? Anyone else seen this?

Ken
