Ok, I must be going crazy here.

Your PDF docs dont show a step that exists in my version of live writer. It could be because we have an older version of the DigMeta module, but not sure. (1.01.02)

I am running LiveWriter version 14.0.3913.522

I already have two different blog accounts setup in my livewritter that work fine, so that means that everything is working ok.

On the setup of another Blog account, on page 14 of your PDF, it shows to enter the homepage URL to point to the site.ashx? address.

First question is:  What if my portal is not ID 0.  Do we need to change that to the correct portal address?  Your PDF speaks nothing about it.

Once we plug that information in, and the user/pass of the account that it is posting under, you click next.

Second Question:  What "Provider" are we suppose to select.  I seem to remember that we need to select "metawebblog API", but it also speaks nothing of that in the PDF from what I can find.  What do we select.

Third Question: What URL do we need to insert there?  I would assume that is where the site.ashx address would go.. not in the place where my first question is.

And my last and final question is:   I have tested almost all of the possible configurations.  It always returns an error message of:

Any idea? I am running version 1.01.02 of DigMeta on the site. I have no idea how to upgrade.. or how to get an upgrade for it.  I dont want to pay the 60 bucks again.

DNN Version: 4.09.00
SQL Version 2008 - Windows Server 2008

Hi Travis,
If everything is working correctly, the 2nd and 3rd questions should not show up. Try the latest version of digMeta, I gave you access to download. It will list the exact Homepage url you will need to enter. WLW will look at the homepage contents and auto-register the correct provider and url. Give the latest a try and let me know if you have issues.
Thanks,
Mike

You guys are the best, and that makes things so much easier to setup! Seriously, thanks so much for hooking us up with the latest. Happy Thanksgiving (if you celebrate it)!
