I don't know if it's possible, but I would like to suggest you an idea.

Can you extand dnn editor provider to create a link for each wysiwyg editor in a dnn website. When you click on this link, the Windows Live Writer is automatically open with the content.

I don't think this is possible. As far as I know WLW has no command like arguments to accept that, and I know the browsers would throw a fit if you tried to launch an executable.
