DigFlash was working find for me until I upgraded to version 2.  Now as soon as I try to point a variable to my xml file it craps out and tells me I need to download the flash player.  If I leave my variables field blank in DigFlash admin it works fine and displays my swf file.  What is the format I need to put my variable in? The name of my xml file my swf loads is events.xml.

Please Help.

Hi,
What are you entering for your variables?
Thanks,

well the module says "Put 1 variable on each line in the form of {variable}={value}" so I have tried {events.xml} = {events.xml} I have tried just plain events.xml=events.xml also just events.xml I have tried many different formats. What is the correct one? my xml file resides in the same folder as my .swf file.

Hi,
It should be:
events.xml=events.xml
However the variable events.xml is causing issues, specifically the period. Could you possible change it to something like
events_xml=events.xml
I'll look into adding compatibility to variable names with periods.
Thanks,
Mike

the module now loads my swf file but fails to load the data from the xml file. I have my xml file in the exact same folder as my swf file which is the root of my portal. Now in my fla code it is searching for a file called events.xml. As far as I know it shouldn't matter what I name the variable right? eg. dumbvariablename=events.xml
