Is there any way to make digFlash work like the banner module, where I can specify a banner group and have clicks tracked?  And if not, is there any way to fake it?  I don't know anything about using hyperlinks with a flash graphic, but from reading other topics in the forum, it sounds like the flash creator embeds the link in the flash graphic?  I'm wondering if I can set up a vendor and a banner group, build the corresponding link, and pass it into the digFlash module via one of the variables.  Will that work?

Hi,
I think your best bet would be to make a Text/HTML and choose the "insert flash" option, and look at the code it generates in your html. Copy that code into a Script type DNN banner.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike,

Your idea didn't work, and I suspect I did something wrong.  I added a Text/HTML module, and inside it, I inserted my Flash graphic.  I then used my browser to view the source in that area (which was an embed tag.  I then added a banner module to the page.  In "banner options" I set the banner type to "script", but there was no box there to specify the script itself.  So I went into "Banner Advertising" in the Vendors section and created a new banner.  It was in there that I found a text/script box where I placed the embed tag.  I gave this banner a group name and entered that name back in the banner module.  But no flash was displayed in the banner area.  Anything you can think of that I left out?

Thanks.
