In the template.css it doesn't appear (to my amateur eye) that there are any font attributes.  Are these suppose to refer to the skin.css for the font attributes?

If yes, how do you suggest updating the template.css to include a font attribute that will funciton independently.

My apologies for any misuse of technical terms or misunderstanding of utilized technologies in this solution - always willing to learn.

You can start by editing the "a" tags in the template.css. You might have to also edit a:hover or a:visted tags if they exist in the css. Make sure you backup your changes, or better yet, make your own template folder because when you install updates, changes to included templates will be overwritten. If you get stuck, let me know.
