I've been looking more and more toward using "the cloud" on my site.  Space on my dedicated server is at a premuim.  I've been looking at using Amazon S3 and Cloudfront to host much of my static data (images, css, movies, etc.)  It would be cool if the contest module supported S3 for image storage.

+1

I'm getting ready to demo digContest and was looking over it's feature set. Amazon S3 integration would be a great enhancement.
Cheers! Jeff

Bringing this back up again.

I've demo'd digContest and am very interested, not only in it but the digBundle to include digArticle and digRotate. They are feature rich and provide a gap that needs filled on my site. But I have to know if there is any future plans to support Amazon s3 storage support.

It's not a deal breaker but I'm very interested to see if this has been seriously considered as an enhancement to the module.
Cheers! Jeff

There are also new DNN 6 API's available that may be able to make this easier:

Not sure, just throwing it out there.

I have a whole crew assembled for my launch and they all really like the digContest module. So I will be leveraging it quite a bit. I have vendors providing contest prizes also.

So I agree 100% that S3 support would be very helpful.
