* Fixed problem rotating modules that implement partial rendering
* Modified way css style sheets are included to be more compliant
* Upgraded SWFObject to version 2.1
* Added Alternate text that is displayed if Flash is not present.  See Alt.Text in Rotate.ascx.resx
* Added [id] tag to display rotate entry ID
