ability to change sort order on closed contests

Details: Currently it looks like the closed contests are sorted by either their contest ID or closing date in an ascending fashion. This makes it so that the oldest contests are listed on top, and most recent on bottom. I'd like a way to put the most recent on top and older contests further down.
