Details: I've had a couple users suggest a video contest. Could a template be made that perhaps embeds a youtube video?

Yeah, allow them to just paste the embed code into the field.

We're using UVG3 for Videos. What would be cool for a contest particpate.. A Submit Video to Contest routine using a single button click approach.
